		<description>How can they even consider cutting funding for the war when there are still Americans fighting it?  What a betrayal.  Our troops desrve so much better.  They are being taken for granted by the government.  Congress needs to support the war fully or bring them all home now.  Then Congress can take responsbibility for what happens to Iraq.</description>
